You’ve signed up for our e-mail newsletters and aren’t getting them?

We certainly do not intentionally send our emails to folks who don’t want them. We aren’t spammers, have never been, and will never be as long as we own the company. The only way you will get e-mails from us is if you have signed up for them on this website, or have otherwise requested to be put on our e-mail list.

However, for the past several months, we've heard from customers wondering why they haven't received e-mails they were expecting from us. And we've been getting a lot of blocked e-mails back when we do a mailing. It seems that those customers had changed settings in their e-mail programs and had inadvertantly blocked e-mails from papagenos.com! To avoid this situation, please double check the preferences – including filters - you've selected within your e-mail program to be sure that you allow e-mails from papagenos.com.
